WHO IS THIS PARADE FOR?
A brand wishing to grow its business by advertising in multiple markets. You have a budget for production and media, and require a creative idea that can maximise the effectiveness of your investment. You have dedicated country marketing teams, and a complex range of stakeholders who are impacted by the campaign.

WHAT WILL YOU GET?
You will leave Day 5 with:
Campaign strategy
Creative platform
360º campaign - scripts, storyboard, key visual, social themes, activation, PR strategy
Visual world (mood film, photography, design)
Prototype of the key asset - eg test shoot
All validated in tests with live audience panels, with your stakeholders onboard and your team united on how to deliver.

WHAT ABOUT MY TEAM’S TIME?
We don't require your business to drop everything for five days. You just need to appoint one person as SPRINT OWNER to be the liaison between creatives, colleagues and stakeholders. They will be required in the intake/discovery and sprint phases. Your CORE TEAM must contain someone with full decision-making authority over the project. They will be required 100% of days 1 and 2, 75% of day 3 and 50% of days 4 and 5. MANAGEMENT and STAKEHOLDERS are required for a minimum of 1-2 check-ins, although more time is always beneficial.

We will pair your team with specialists from our global pool of senior talents.
Together you will work as a cross-functional team, developing concepts iteratively and testing as you go.
This parade is lead by a Sprint Master, Creative Director and Strategist. The team will be supported by relevant experts and cultural insiders from your industry.
You will be free to engage any of the team after the sprint to continue working with your brand.
