WHO IS THIS PARADE FOR?
A brand wishing to grow its business in their market through advertising. You have a budget for production and media, and are looking for a creative idea that maximises the effectiveness of your investment. You likely have a dedicated marketing team, who in turn have several stakeholders who will be impacted by the campaign’s results.

WHAT ABOUT MY TEAM’S TIME?
Each person on your team has a different role to play in ensuring the project’s success. The SPRINT OWNER is the liasson between creatives, colleagues and stakeholders. They will be required in the intake/discovery and sprint phases. The CORE TEAM has decision-making authority over the project and is required for whole sprint. MANAGEMENT must be available for day one and two. STAKEHOLDERS are required for minimum 1-2 check-ins before development ends.

Together you will work as a cross-functional team, developing concepts iteratively and testing as you go.
This parade is lead by a Sprint Master, Creative Director and Strategist. The team will be supported by relevant experts and cultural insiders from your industry.
You will be free to engage any of the team after the sprint to continue working with your brand.
