WHO IS THIS PARADE FOR?
For start-ups with a product/service in the market and a vision that investors have bought into. You have learnings from your early adopters but much more is unknown than is known. The team is growing and decisions need to be delegated. You will likely use this sprint to create a set of tools that aid these decisions. They won't tell what to decide in the future, but they will tell you how.

WHAT WILL YOU GET?
You will leave Day 3 with:
Brand strategy: positioning, Golden Circle, Audience portraits
Brand voice: manifesto, tagline, tone, character, values
Audience test results
These tools allow everyone in the. business to make decisions more autonomously as part of a cohesive vision that you have successfully tested on your future customers.

WHAT ABOUT MY TEAM’S TIME?
Each person on your team has a different role to play in ensuring the project’s success. The SPRINT OWNER is the liaison between creatives, colleagues and stakeholders. They will be required in the intake/discovery and sprint phases. The CORE TEAM has decision-making authority over the project and is required for whole sprint. MANAGEMENT must be available for day one and two. STAKEHOLDERS are required for minimum 1-2 check-ins before development ends.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
We will pair your team with specialists from our global pool of senior talents.
Together you will work as a cross-functional team, developing concepts iteratively and testing as you go.
For a Start-Up parade, the key roles will: Sprint Master, Creative Director, Strategist, Copy Lead.
Once the sprint is complete, you are free to keep working with this team with or without us being involved.
