WHO IS THIS PARADE FOR?For businesses whose products and services already have traction in the market and want to grow to the next level. You will likely have a small team dedicated to customer development and/or marketing. Your founders will still play an active role in growing the businessWHAT WILL YOU GET?You will leave Day 5 with; Brand strategy: positioning, manifesto, tagline, audience portraits. Brand design: Logo, fonts, colours, visual world.
Brand voice: tone, character, values. A working proof of concept that has been validated by your chosen audience. Production costing and references Social themes/formats for year one. WHAT ABOUT MY TEAM’S TIME?Each person on your team has a different role to play in ensuring the project’s success. The SPRINT LEADER is the liason between their creatives, colleagues and stakeholders. They will be required in the intake/discovery and sprint phases. The CORE TEAM has decision-making authority over the project and is required for the first 50% of the sprint, as well key moments on days 4 and 5. MANAGEMENT and STAKEHOLDERS are required for minimum 1-2 check-ins before development ends. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? We will pair your team with specialists from our global pool of senior talents. Together you will work as a cross-functional team, developing concepts iteratively and testing as you go. For a brand parade, the key roles will: Sprint Master, Creative Director, Strategist, Design Lead, Producer. Once the sprint is complete, you are free to keep working with this team with or without us being involved.
